Considering that I loathe all things Banana (especially the bridesmaid dress from hell, but excluding Bananas themselves and Banana Bread), this could have sucked more. At least I didn't have to wear the dress again.
First impression: Don't you want to get this over with? No!
Upon tasting: Nate: I've had this sort of thing before. The only banana-flavored part is the outside coating. The inside is plain marshmallow. Much less offensive than expected. That said, I don't think I'll have another. Jen: Oh, goody. I get Nate's half-finished banana cake. Of note: I had to wear a 'banana' colored dress to a 'wedding' this previous summer, so I'm loathe to have anything to do with anything involving 'banana'. Upon tasting: the same flavor used in banana-flavored gum? Disgusting. The marshmallow remained untainted. The cookie is *not* the same as the cookie in 'Oatmeal 2000', previously reviewed, made by the same company.
Note the bizzare story on the back of the box (see above picture). If that doesn't want to make you buy these, I don't know what will.
